These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Echo Olesen Global Business Service (Hong Kong) Limited ("Echo Olesen Global", "we", "us", or "our") and the corporate services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Echo Olesen Global provides Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) services under License TC010076 issued by the Companies Registry of Hong Kong. Our services include company registration, company secretarial services, accounting, audit, tax filing, trademark registration, and related corporate services. All services are subject to a separate engagement letter or service agreement.

2. Client Obligations

As a client of Echo Olesen Global, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for service delivery
• Cooperate with our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) due diligence requirements
• Notify us promptly of any changes to information previously provided
• Pay service fees in accordance with agreed payment terms
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

3. Limitation of Liability

Echo Olesen Global's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including changes in government regulations or processing times.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
