Pricing FAQs

Are government fees included in the package prices?
Yes. All Echo Olesen Global packages include the Companies Registry incorporation fee (HK$1,720) and the first-year Business Registration Certificate fee (HK$2,000). There are no hidden government fees.
Are there any ongoing annual fees?
Yes. After the first year, you will need to renew your company secretary service, registered office address, and Business Registration Certificate. Annual renewal costs typically range from HK$6,000 to HK$10,000 depending on the services required.
Can I upgrade my package after registration?
Yes. You can add services at any time. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.
Do you offer refunds?
If your company registration application is rejected by the Companies Registry (which is rare), we will refund the professional service fee. Government fees are non-refundable. Please contact us for our full refund policy.
How do I pay?
We accept international bank transfers (TT), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal. Payment is required before we commence work. We will provide a formal invoice for all payments.
